2026 HONG KONG MX Mooncakes Lucky Draw

  1. Information on how to enter the competition and claim the prize forms part of the conditions of entry.

  2. Employees of Ettason Pty Ltd and its related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  3. Promotion commences on 1st July 2026 at 00:01 (EST) and closes on 11th October 2026 at 23:59 (EST).

  4. Minimum age to enter: 18 years old

  5. To enter the draw, participants need to scan the QR code printed on the prize card included in every tin of HONG KONG MX MooncakesTM (except Snowy mini 4, twin pack, single pack, character pack）, fill in the information and the Lucky Draw Number, then submit.

  6. Participants who fail to fill the info and the Lucky Draw Number will lose the chance to enter the draw.

  7. This promotion is limited to Australia & New Zealand Only

  8. Prize details are as follows:

    • First prize: One (1) winner to win cash AU$8,888.

    • Second prize: Five (5) winners to win cash AU$ 888 per person.

    • Third prize: Ten (10) winners to win cash AU$ 688 per person.

    • Weekly Prize: Two hundred (200) winners (twenty-five (25) winners per week) to win an electronic gift card, valued at AU $50.

  9. Weekly prizes will be drawn every Wednesday at 5pm from 27th July 2026 to 20th September 2026 (8 weeks in total) at 2B Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163. The names of winners will be published on www.ettason.com.au and the Ettason WeChat account every Friday at 5pm.

  10. First prize, Second prize and Third prize will be drawn on 15th October 2026 at 11am at 2B Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163 by the method of barrel draw. All valid entries, including those who have won Weekly Prize, will remain in the draw and are eligible for the First Prize.

  11. The winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) of First, Second and Third Prize will be published on the Australian Chinese Daily on 16th October 2026, and on the www.ettason.com.au and will remain available for a minimum of 28 days.

  12. First Prize, Second prize and Third prize will be awarded as cash via EFT or Cheque. Weekly prize will be awarded by email.

  13. Winners of all draws will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the relevant draw. Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.

  14. If any prize remains unclaimed after fourteen (14) days from the date of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 6 November 2026 at 10:00am at 2B Birmingham Ave, Villawood, NSW 2163.

  15. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within seven (7) days. If the prize value exceeds $250, the winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published within 30 days of the draw.

  16. Total prize pool for this promotion is AU$ 30,208. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other prizes.

  17. The prize does not include:

    • ​Any transportation to / from Ettason for collection of the prize package.

    • Any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner. The prize item is valued inclusive of GST and the promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values. In the event for any reason the winner does not claim the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the prize. If any prize item is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the promoter’s discretion. The promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

  18. The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry card. In the case of a dispute the decision of the promoter will be final.

  19. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries by requesting winners to provide proof of identity, residency and other suitable form of verification at the discretion of the promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

  21. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
